My name is Alaya McDowell and I am the owner of School of Bounce. Just to tell you a little about myself and my company, we are a family owned and run business. We are licenced and insured. School of Bounce is run by myself, my very supportive husband, and our two beautiful young children. We are a small intimate company with the desire to give working families just a little more. We are also a first responder family and here at School of Bounce, the safety of your family, guests, and home are our number one priority.
I started this business because my husband and I have hosted and attended many children's parties over the years, like the most of us, and were sometimes disappointed. We have found that some places were overcharging and under performing. From limited play time, to malfunctioning equipment, to unfriendly and uncaring staff members since the employees had no personal investment in the companies. While these negative experiences were upsetting, to say the least, they were the driving force behind our commitment to customer service. Here at School of Bounce, it is our pleasure to bring joy and laughter to your event, and having been customers ourselves, we are truly dedicated to delivering the best experience.
